Meet the Provider
Zainab Javed, APRN, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and founder of Lone Star Family Care, proudly serving the Irving, Texas community. She is passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centered primary care for individuals and families ages 5 and up, with a focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, urgent sick visits, and same-day appointments with minimal wait times.
With a background in Behavioral Sciences and advanced nursing training, along with experience in primary care, urgent care, critical care, and case management, Zainab takes a thoughtful and personalized approach to each patient’s care. She is committed to making healthcare simple, accessible, and tailored to each individual’s needs. In addition to comprehensive primary care, she offers specialized services including medical weight loss and IV hydration therapy for dehydration, migraines, wellness support, and acute illnesses.
Fluent in English, Urdu, Hindi, and Punjabi, Zainab values building strong, trusting relationships with her patients and creating a welcoming environment where every individual feels heard, respected, and well cared for. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her family and values the importance of balancing health and everyday life because at Lone Star Family Care, it’s truly care when you need it.
